It’s a telemedicine app by which general users can consult with doctors, purchase medications, and find nearby labs. This project in UI UX designing demonstrates how applying user interface design concepts may improve user experience, engaging a wider audience. An experienced UX consultant contributed to ensuring the app meets high standards of usability and functionality.
Problem Statement
People typically research the cost of medications and lab work before proceeding, but current products lack features to filter local physicians and health professionals. Integrating such capabilities into mobile user interface design, mobile app interface design, and UI/UX web design would enhance usability and address users’ general concerns more effectively.
Product Prototype
A UI design prototype is an interactive mockup that shows how a user interface will look and function. It helps visualize design elements and user flows, allowing for testing and feedback before development.
Design Delivery
We began this project with research that included surveying, benchmarking, and competition analysis. With the expertise of our UX consultant, we obtained useful insights to help us create the user persona and turned our focus to user flow. As a leading UI UX design company, we started creating wireframes once the user flow was verified. We eventually moved on to our visual design with a component library and style guide. After the foundation was set with the components and style guide, our team providing UI UX services designed interactions to produce the final prototype, which we then tested and delivered.
